These terms are a draft and may be revised before the official release.

1. Scope and use

These Terms apply to your use of Rakugaki Beast (the “Game”). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

2. User-generated content

The drawings you make in the Game and the creatures generated from them are your user-generated content (“UGC”). You represent that you have the rights, or the necessary permission, to use the UGC you create.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your UGC as needed to provide, operate, display, distribute, and improve the Game.

3. Sharing and Ghost CPU

A creature you choose to share may appear as a Ghost CPU in other players’ battles. Sharing includes permission for this secondary use of your UGC.

Only creatures you have shared are eligible. You can choose anonymity or stop sharing.

4. Prohibited content and IP reports

Do not share content that infringes another person’s rights, is unlawful, or interferes with the safe operation of the Game.

To report a copyright or other intellectual-property concern, use the contact form and select “Intellectual-property report.” We will review the report and may suspend sharing or Ghost CPU use as appropriate.

5. Age requirement

The Game is for people aged 13 and over. People under 13 may not use it. We do not provide an in-game age-entry screen; the store rating and this age clause communicate the age requirement.

6. Changes and end of service

We may change, suspend, or end the Game. If service ends, we aim, where feasible, to keep already registered creatures usable locally. This is an objective and not a guarantee.

7. Governing law

Matters concerning these Terms and the Game are governed by the laws of the developer’s location.
